What does Friday actually do?

Friday answers the texts your business gets, on a real phone number, and books appointments into the calendar you already keep. When someone asks about a time, Friday offers times that are genuinely open and writes the appointment down.

Your customer does not download anything or make an account. They text you the way they already do.

Which booking systems can Friday work with?

Today Friday reads and books in Vagaro, Mindbody, Calendly, Google Calendar and Outlook.

If you run on something else, tell us its name. We build the connection. We would rather say that than guess, because a connection that half works is worse for you than one that does not exist yet.

What happens after hours?

That is most of the point. Most booking requests arrive when the desk is empty. Friday answers at 9pm the same way as at 9am, and the appointment is on the calendar before you open.

When does a person get involved?

Whenever the answer should not come from software. Anything medical, anything about money already paid, anything Friday is unsure of: the customer is told a person will follow up, and you are told there is something waiting.

Friday does not guess at those and does not book around them.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Invite the people who work with you and they can text Friday as well. The stylist who needs Thursday moved, the manager asking what came in overnight.

What does it cost?

Pricing is on the front page. There is a free plan you can use before deciding anything.

Something is wrong, or Friday said something odd.

Tell Friday. It reaches us directly, with the conversation attached, and we would rather hear it from you than find it a week later.
