What your first week with Friday looks like

No software to learn and no training day. Here is what actually happens from the first text to the end of week one, so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

Most owners put off trying new help because they picture a week of setup, a training call and a dashboard they'll never open. Here's what it's actually like.

Day 1: a conversation

You text Friday the way you'd text a new hire on their first day. She looks your business up, asks what she can't find, and learns your services, prices and hours from you and from what's already online. It takes about as long as a phone call.

Day 2: she starts answering

Once your booking calendar is connected, Friday starts answering your customers. If you like, she checks with you before sending anything for the first few days, until you're comfortable letting her answer on her own.

Days 3 to 5: she learns your way

Every time you correct her ("we don't do lower lashes on Saturdays," "Mia doesn't take new clients"), she remembers. By the end of the week she sounds like your business, not like software.

Day 7: your first weekly note

A short text with what happened: messages answered, appointments booked, cancellations filled, anything that needs you. It's the first time you'll see, in one place, how many texts used to go unanswered.

What it costs

$299 a month per location, plus a one-time setup fee shown before you pay. No contract. If it isn't worth it, you stop.

What you don't have to do

Learn an app. Sit through training. Change your phone number. Move your clients anywhere. You keep running your business. Friday learns to run the front desk around you.
