What Friday handles at a nail salon
- Walk-in questions. "How long's the wait for a gel manicure?" Answered honestly, with a booked time offered so nobody walks out.
- Fill appointments on schedule. Acrylic and gel clients who come every two to three weeks get a reminder with their usual tech's openings.
- Group bookings. Bridal parties, birthdays, prom. Friday finds side-by-side chairs and collects deposits from everyone.
- Call-outs. A tech is sick on Saturday. Friday moves her clients to whoever is free and tells everyone.
- Supply reorders. "We're almost out of the pink and white powder. Reorder." Done.
