What Friday handles at a grooming shop
- Booking by breed and size. A doodle and a chihuahua are not the same appointment. Friday knows how long each takes and what it costs.
- Vaccine records. She asks for the rabies certificate, reads the photo, notes the expiration date and reminds owners before it lapses.
- Pickup texts. "Biscuit is ready!" goes out when you say so, so nobody's calling to ask.
- Rebooking on schedule. Every six weeks for the doodles, before the matting starts.
- Behavior notes. "Nervous with dryers, muzzle for nails." Friday remembers so every groomer knows.
